Terms and Conditions for Sherelle A Reed Enterprises LLC – From Passion to Profit Program

Effective Date: November 9, 2024

1. Agreement to TermsBy enrolling in the From Passion to Profit program ("Program"), provided by Sherelle A Reed Enterprises LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Participant," "you," or "your") agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") as a binding contract. Please review these Terms carefully before participating.

2. Program DescriptionThe From Passion to Profit program is a coaching course designed to help mothers transform their hobbies or passions into profitable businesses. The program may include workshops, one-on-one coaching sessions, group sessions, educational materials, and online resources.

3. EligibilityParticipants must be at least 18 years old. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.

4. Program Enrollment and Payment

- Enrollment: Enrollment is completed when you have registered and paid for the Program. Enrollment grants you access to Program materials, resources, and coaching sessions as outlined in your enrollment package.

- Payment: Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan has been agreed upon. Payment plans are available based on Company’s discretion and require timely payments. Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension or cancellation of access to the Program.

- Refund Policy: No Refunds are offered by the Company. Please refer to our separate Refund Policy.

5. Program Content and Access

- Content Ownership: All materials provided in the Program, including but not limited to written materials, videos, audio files, and digital resources, are the intellectual property of Sherelle A Reed Enterprises LLC. Participants may not distribute, copy, reproduce, or sell Program materials without explicit written consent from the Company.

- Access: Participants are provided access to Program materials and resources for personal, non-commercial use. Unauthorized access or sharing of login credentials is prohibited.

- Program Modifications: The Company reserves the right to modify the Program content, schedule, or structure at any time to enhance learning outcomes or to accommodate unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified of significant changes.

6. Participant ConductBy enrolling in the Program, you agree to:

- Respect Others: Engage in a respectful and supportive manner with fellow participants, instructors, and coaches. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

- Participation: Participate actively in Program activities, assignments, and discussions to maximize the benefit of the Program.

- Integrity: Complete assignments, exercises, and any self-assessments honestly and to the best of your ability.

Failure to adhere to these expectations may result in removal from the Program without a refund.

7. Coaching DisclaimerThe From Passion to Profit program is designed to provide education, guidance, and tools for starting and running a business. However, the Company does not guarantee specific business outcomes, financial gains, or personal results. Individual success depends on factors beyond the Company’s control, including but not limited to Participant effort, skill, and market conditions.

8. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, Sherelle A Reed Enterprises LLC, its employees, instructors, and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the Program. This includes but is not limited to business losses, financial losses, or any other personal or professional harm resulting from decisions made based on the Program content.

9. Privacy and ConfidentialityWe respect your privacy. Information provided by you will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can review separately. As a participant, you also agree to respect the confidentiality of others by not sharing personal information or business ideas discussed within the Program.

10. Intellectual Property RightsAll intellectual property rights related to the Program, including content, logos, branding, and materials, are owned by Sherelle A Reed Enterprises LLC. No rights are transferred to you through your participation. You may not reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from any Program content without our written consent.

11. TerminationThe Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the Program at its discretion, including if these Terms are violated. In the event of termination for policy violations, you will not receive a refund.

12. Governing Law and JurisdictionThese Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Sherelle A Reed Enterprises LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that state.

13. Changes to TermsThe Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes. Your continued participation in the Program after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
