No Refund Policy for Sherelle A Reed Enterprises LLC – From Passion to Profit Program

Sherelle A Reed Enterprises LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") offers high-quality coaching programs and resources to support our clients’ journey from passion to profit. Due to the nature of our services and commitment to delivering a complete educational experience, we maintain a no-refund policy. This policy provides clarity on our terms regarding refunds and the option to apply credit toward future programs.

1. No Refund PolicyAll sales are final upon enrollment in the From Passion to Profit program (“Program”). No refunds will be issued once a participant has registered and made payment for the Program. By enrolling, participants agree to this policy and understand that refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

2. Credit for Future ProgramsWhile refunds are not available, Sherelle A Reed Enterprises LLC is pleased to offer participants the option to apply the paid amount as a credit toward a future program under the following conditions:

- Request for Credit:

- Participants must submit a request in writing via email to [email protected] within 7 days of the Program start date to be eligible for a credit.

- Requests made after this 7-day period may not be eligible for credit.

- Credit Terms:

- Credit can be applied only to other coaching programs or services offered by Sherelle A Reed Enterprises LLC.

- Credit must be used within 12 months from the original purchase date.

- Credits are non-transferable and can be applied solely to the original participant’s future enrollment.

3. Program Termination by CompanyIf Sherelle A Reed Enterprises LLC must cancel or terminate the From Passion to Profit program for any reason, participants will be given the option to transfer their credit to another program offered by the Company or reschedule for a future date.

4. Non-Transferable PolicyCredits are granted only to the participant who initially enrolled in the Program and cannot be transferred to another individual.

5. Changes to the No Refund PolicySherelle A Reed Enterprises LLC reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes to this policy will be communicated to Program participants and posted on our website.
